CJ-2016-838 TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TO PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FOLLOWING: LONIE BURCHAM a/k/a LONIE JOE BURCHAM and RHONDA GAYE BURCHAM, husband and wife and all OCCUPANTS THE ABOVE SPECIFIED AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES AND THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHOSE ACTUAL ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED OF THE FOLLOWING SHERIFF’S SALE. Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of November, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, OK, in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said Cleveland County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction, to the highest and best bidder therefor, with appraisement, all that certain real estate which has been duly appraised at $75,000, to-wit: Lot Five (5), in Block Four (4) of HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION, SECTION FOUR (4), to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. According to the recorded plat thereof. subject to taxes, tax sales, expenses for preservation of the involved real estate, if any. Said sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale duly issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in the above numbered cause wherein Tinker Federal Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and those persons or entities set forth above are Defendants.
