NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission grant a well location exception for a well to be drilled and produced from the First Deese, Second Deese, Third Deese, Hart, Osborne (5th Deese), Basal Pennsylvanian, and Hunton common sources of supply underlying the N/2 NE/4 of Section 34, Township 8 North, Rage 2 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, as an exception to Order No. 218620, said well to be located: 420 feet from the south line and 900 feet from the west line of the unit described as the N/2 NE/4 of Section 34, Township 8 North, Range 2 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. The lands offset to N/2 NE/4 of Section 34, are contained within Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35, Township 8 North, Range 2 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicants requesting the following special relief: to designate Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well. Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 17th day of October, 2016, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
