The bid term will be from March 16, 2016 thru March 15, 2017, with the option to renew up to two (2) years on an annual basis. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up form the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, February 26, 2016, and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, February 29, 2016, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S.
