GRAY, BOTH DECEASED CASE NO. PB-2016-231 NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILLS AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, LEGATEES, AND DEVISEES Notice is given to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Anthony W. Gray and Dana F. Gray, both Deceased (Decedents), that on the 16th day of September, 2016, Robin Wilkerson and Licia Gray (Petitioners) filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an Amended Petition asking that the Court admit to probate instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Anthony W. Gray and the Last Will and Testament of Dana F. Gray, the originals of which were filed herein on the 4th day of August, 2016. The Petitioners also ask in the Amended Petition that the Court issue Letters Testamentary to Petitioners without the requirement of bond, determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of both Decedents for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law, and relieve the Petitioners from the duty of returning to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the Estates of Decedents. Pursuant to an Order of the Court, notice is given that the 3rd day of October, 2016, at 8:30. a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Amended Petition before the Honorable Stephen W. Bonner, at the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
