(Published in The Norman Transcript September 21, 2016, 1t) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Planning Commission of Moore, Oklahoma on October 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to consider: REZONING APPLICATION NO: RZ-944 REZONING FROM: A-1 RURAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT REZONING TO: C-5 AUTOMOTIVE AND COMMERCIAL RECREATION DISTRICT PROPOSED USE: MINI-STORAGE APPLICANT: SANDRA FLIPPO LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A tract of land lying in the East Half (E/2) of the East Half (E/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Ten North (T10N), Range Two West (R2W), of the Indian Meridian, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said NE/4; Thence North 00°17’12” West along the East line of said NE/4, a distance of 1577.04 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence South 89°49’47” West a distance of 658.83 feet to a point on the West line of said E/2, E/2, NE/4; Thence North 00°15’18” West along said West line a distance of 396.75 feet of the Northwest corner of the SE/4 of the NE/4 of said NE/4; THENCE North 89°49’47” East along the North line of said SE/4, NE/4, NE/4 a distance of 658.61 feet to a point on the East line of said NE/4; THENCE South 00°17’12” East along said East line a distance of 396.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Said tract containing 261,348 square feet or 6.00 acres, more or less. Any person wishing to appear in support or opposition to the proposed change may do so in the City Council Chambers, 301 North Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. After due deliberation, the Planning Commission will forward its recommendation to the City Council which will hold a meeting on November 7, 2016 at 6:30p.m. Protest against such change in zoning shall be filed at least three (3) days before the date of the City Council hearing.
