(Published in The Norman Transcript September 16, 2016, 1t) PUBLIC NOTICE All persons having an indebtedness or claim against Independent School District No. 2, Cleveland County, Oklahoma (Moore Public Schools), are hereby notified that a purchase order or contract for such indebtedness or claim must be recorded in the office of Financial Services on or before October 31, 2016, covering debts now unpaid and incurred during the period beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016, or said account shall be void and forever barred, in accordance with Oklahoma Statutory provisions.
