Bonner AMENDED ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE AT PRIVATE SALE It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Sandra K. Grills, Administratrix of the Estate of William C. Coleman, III, Deceased, on file herein that it is necessary to sell the real property, belonging to said estate, and more fully described as follows, Real Estate Description 3325 Remington Court, Norman, Oklahoma 73072, a/k/a: Lot Seven (7), in Block Two (2), of PRAIRIE CREEK 2, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. $103,000.00 for the following reasons and purposes: to liquidate the assets for payment of debts and for distribution purposes. Therefore it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of the said Deceased, appear before the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge, on the 3rd day of October, 2016, at 8:30 oclock a.m. of said day, then and there to show cause if any they have, why an order, as prayed for in the Petition should not be granted to the said Administratrix to sell said real property of said deceased, at private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as the Administratrix shall judge to be for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein. It is the further order of the court that a copy of this order to show cause be published for one issue in some newspaper published in this county, the first publication of which notice shall not be less than 10 days before the time fixed for said hearing. It is the further order of the Court that Brady R. Hunt, shall mail a copy of this order to all known heirs, or guardians thereof, whose addresses are known, at least ten (10) days prior to the date set for hearing. 58 O.S. 423.
