Case No. PB-16-269 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Richard W. Jones, deceased, that on the 12th day of September, 2016, Michael G. Jones filed in this Court a petition, together with certified copies of the Last Will and Testament of Richard W. Jones, and First Codicil thereto, and a certified copy of an Order from the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles admitting said instruments to probate therein as the duly proved Last Will and Testament and First Codicil of decedent, and praying (1) that said will and First Codicil be admitted to probate herein; (2) that Letters Testamentary issue to Michael G. Jones appointing him personal representative of decedents estate; and (3) that the heirs, devisees and legatees of decedent be judicially determined. Pursuant to an Order of this court, notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of September, 2016, at 8:30 oclock a.m., the petition will be heard at the district courtroom, Cleveland county courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
