(Published in The Norman Transcript September 14, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Arvest Bank, the owners of the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 412 (10) of Chapter 18 (Sign Code) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance of 95 to the 200 separation requirement for an Electronic Digital Sign from a residential area. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Lot One (1), in Block One (1), of SECURITY ADDITION, a Replat of a part of Block 6 LYDICKS ADDITION, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
