COPELAND 1999 TRUST; SLAGI, LLC; SUTTON WOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANKCENTRE CORP.; and LARRY N. PACE; DEFENDANTS. Case No. CJ-2016-704V NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE NOTICE is given that on the 19 day of October, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at Cleveland County Courthouse, Cleveland County Commissioners Meeting Room, 201 South Jones, Suite 200, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, 73069, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale, and sell for cash, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate and appurtenances in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY. Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), of SUTTON WOODS, an Addition to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Persons or other entities having or claiming an interest in the property including those whose actual address is unknown and persons or other entities whose unknown successors are hereby notified are: KAREN L. COPELAND 1999 TRUST; SLAGI, LLC; SUTTON WOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANKCENTRE CORP.; and LARRY N. PACE; Said sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Special Execution issued upon a judgment entered on the 23 day of August, 2016, in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-2016-704V, wherein REPUBLIC BANK & TRUST, was Plaintiff, and KAREN L. COPELAND 1999 TRUST; et al, were Defendants, to satisfy said judgment in the amount of $116,941.35, together with interest thereon in the sum of $52,203.36, as of February 8, 2016, and accruing thereafter at the rate of $32.48 per diem, to the date of judgment, post-judgment interest thereafter at the contract rate, until paid; abstract expenses, all other expenses, fees, charges, advances, taxes, assessments, and costs of this action, including a reasonable attorney’s fee in the amount of $2,500.00, and $121,620.00, together with interest thereon in the sum of $33,378.78, as of February 8, 2016, and accruing thereafter at the rate of $20.27, per diem, to the date of judgment, post-judgment interest thereafter at the contract rate, until paid; abstract expenses, late charges, advances for taxes and insurance, and all other expenses, fees, charges, advances, taxes, assessments, and costs of this action, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee in the amount of $500.00, plus court costs, accrued and accruing, and costs accrued and accruing including costs of said sale.
