It is therefore ordered that she make her appearance herein at the Dyer County Courthouse, in Dyersburg, Tennessee on October 3, 2016, and answer petitioners Petition for Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights, or the same will be taken for confessed as to her and this cause proceeded with ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Norman Transcript.
