PB-2016-256 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of WILLIAM ALLEN PENCE, deceased, that on the 25th day of August, 2016, JAMES E. PENCE produced and file din the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM ALLEN PENCE, Deceased, with a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and asking that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to JAMES E. PENCE to serve as Personal Representative of the Will without bond for the reason that the Will so provides; and requesting that upon hearing said Petition this Court determine the heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent as provided in Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes (2011), Section 240. Pursuant to an Order of this Court dated the 25th day of August, 2016, notice is hereby given that the 12th day of September, 2016, at 8:30 oclock A.M. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition before the Judge of the District Court in the District Court Room, Cleveland County Court House, Norman, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
