Bids under seal, executed, and dated must be received by Timberlake Construction Co., Inc., in the office of: Moore Public Schools Admin Building 1500 SE 4th Street Conference Room Moore, OK 73160 Before 2:00 PM on September 28th, 2016. Bids will be read publicly the same date and hour. 2. Bidders for Bid Packages should be prepared to submit Subcontractor’s Qualification Statement to Construction Manager. Utilize AIA for A305-Subcontractor’s Qualification Statement. 3. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). 4. Bidders shall submit proposals on the Bid Form provided in Project Manual. 5. Bidder’s proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. 6. Moore Public Schools, The Abla Griffin Partnership and Timberlake Construction Co., Inc. reserve the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids.
