Case No. PB-2016-239 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE You are hereby notified that on the 10th day of August 2016, Petitioner, Debra M. Kerley, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Will to Probate. Petitioner has alleged that Vinda L. Willis, age 82, died on January 30, 2016, and Maurice G. Willis, age 85, died on February 11, 2016 both domiciled and residing in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and that the total estimated value of both Decedents property in Oklahoma is less than $2000,000.00. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 31st day of October, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. in the courtroom of the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Will to Probate and the Final Accounting and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge of the Petitioner. The Final Accounting and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge will be filed herein on or before the 7th day of October, 2016. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice entered herein, all creditors having claims against Vinda L. Willis and Maurice G.
