Case No. PB-2016-235 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All persons interested in the Estate of MARY LAJUNE URY, deceased. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that on the 8th day of August 2016, the Petitioner, SuBeth Ury c/o C.B. Moore, 222 East Main Street, Norman, Okla. 73069, attorney for the Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration and Appointment of Administrator. The Petitioner has alleged that Mary LaJune Ury, deceased, died intestate on October 14th, 2009, domiciled and residing in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and the total value of the Decedents estate is $80,000.00. Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §241 et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice, entered on the 8th day of August 2016, the Court found that is should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting, and Petition for Determination of Heirs, and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Mary LaJune Ury, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim to SuBeth Ury, Administrator c/o C.B . Moore, 222 East Main Street, Norman, Okla. 73069, attorney for the Petitioner, on or before the 2nd day of October 2016, or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that a hearing will be held on the 3rd day of October 2016 at 8:30 a.m. at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters Ave, Norman, Okla. 73069, before Judge Stephen Bonner. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Distribution, and Discharge of the Petitioner. The Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution will be filed herein on or before the 27th day of September, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objection to the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney at: SuBeth Ury, Administrator c/o C.B. Moore, 222 East Main Street, Norman, Okla. 73069, attorney for the Petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
