Case No. PB-16-232 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To all persons interested in the Estate of Douglas Alan Moller: You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of August, 2016, the Petitioner, Georgia Moller, c/o Law Offices of Josh Copeland, 124 E. Main St., Norman, OK 73069, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration of said Estate. The Petitioner has alleged Douglas Alan Moller, age 58, passed away on July 13, 2016, domiciled and residing at 4708 Kensal Place, Norman, OK 73072 in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, leaving an estate of personal and real property valued at approximately $33,436.50. Petitioner has asked the Court for certain relief pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 58, §§ 245, et seq. Petitioner has alleged Douglas Alan Moller did not leave a validly executed will. The Court has appointed Georgia Moller as Special Administrator of the Estate of Douglas Alan Moller, deceased.
