(Published in The Norman Transcript August 16, 23, 2016, 2t) NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is given that on September 21st, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at Cleveland County Courthouse, 201 S. Jones, Ste. 200, Norman, OK in NORMAN, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) OF SECTION FIVE (5), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) WEST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 5; THENCE NORTH 89°33’52” WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) A DISTANCE OF 1204.58 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89°33’ 52” WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) A DISTANCE OF 274.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°34’32” WEST A DISTANCE OF 828.18 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°33’51” EAST A DISTANCE OF 274 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°34’32” WEST A DISTANCE OF 828.17 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been appraised at $460,000 and subject to a statutory right of redemption in favor of the United States of America for a period of 120 days from the date of Sheriff’s sale. Sale will be made pursuant to order of sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Pursuant to judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled sale orally or in writing at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court.
