Matthew B. Wright a/k/a Matthew Brent Wright, et al. NOTICE OF SECOND ALIAS SHERIFF'S SALE TO: MATTHEW B. WRIGHT A/K/A MATTHEW BRENT WRIGHT; JANE DOE, SPOUSE IF ANY, OF MATTHEW B. WRIGHT A/K/A MATTHEW BRENT WRIGHT; BYERS & ASSOCIATES; STATE OF OKLAHOMA EX REL. OKLAHOMA TAX COMMISSION; and Occupant(s) of the Premises, THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES, INCLUDING THEIR UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW. NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on the 21st day of September, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters, Norman, OK 73069, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interests of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interest foreclosed herein, all that certain real property located in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows: Lot 13, Block 1, SLEEPY HOLLOW HILLS 2ND ADDITION-PHASE I, a Planned Unit Development to the City of Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Sale will be made pursuant to a Second Alias Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2015-450, wherein Communication Federal Credit Union, successor by merger to District Bell Federal Credit Union is Plaintiff and Matthew B. Wright a/k/a Matthew Brent Wright; Jane Doe, Spouse if any, of Matthew B. Wright a/k/a Matthew Brent Wright; Byers & Associates; State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission; and Occupant(s) of the Premises were Defendants, to satisfy the judgment in the said above-described action. The said real property has been appraised according to law at $37,000.00. Pursuant to Judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Second Alias Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled second alias sale orally, in writing, or by further order of the Court, at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court.
