At that time, the Board of Adjustment will consider a request for a variance submitted by Canadian River Winery who requests a variance for relief from the requirements of the Town of Slaughterville for dwelling requirements in a Commercial District (C-1) located in Planning Area A. The property is located on Slaughterville Road just west of US Highway 77 on the south side at 7050 Slaughterville Road, in Slaughterville, Oklahoma. Legal Description: A part of the North Half (N/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Seven (7) North, Range One (1) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at a point 1860 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4), thence South 1322.0 feet, thence East 306.0 feet, thence North 1322.0 feet, thence West 306.0 feet to the place of beginning. The purpose of this request is to have a single person live in a travel trailer in order to provide security for the commercial property and to use the travel trailer for a bridal dressing room for wedding events for approximately one year.
