DILLON, et al., Defendants, alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to, and is in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lot Seven (7), in Block Seven (7) of BONNIE BRAE, Blocks 7, 8, 9, & 10, to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, a/k/a 713 SW 11th St., Moore, OK. and acquired its interest thereto by COUNTY TREASURERS RESALE DEED, recorded June 17, 2016, in Book 5560, Pages 1235, records of the County Clerk of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
