At that time, the Planning and Zoning commission will consider an application submitted by Sooner Wireless, L.L.C. for a proposed Use Permitted On Review for a commercial communication tower on a tract of land in an Agriculture/Residential District - High Density (AR-2). The property is located at 10751 Melody Lane. Legal Description: Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-seven, Township Eight North, Range One West of the Indian Meridian, Described as follows: Beginning at a point 990 feet South and 264 feet West of the Northeast Corner of said NE 1/4, thence West 396 feet, thence South 330 feet, thence East 396 feet, thence North 330 feet to the Point of Beginning, less right-of-way on South and West Side thereof, for road.
