NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of August, 2016, at 1:30 oclock p.m., Judge Walkley, of the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, will hold a hearing pursuant to the Motion of Plaintiff, to confirm the Sheriffs Sale of real estate made pursuant to the judgment entered and order of sale issued in this cause. Said property was sold by the Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, on the 3rd day of August, 2016, at 10:00 oclock, a.m., to Plaintiff, who was the highest and best bidder therefore, for the sum of $15,000.00, said sum being more than two-thirds (2/3) of the total appraised value of the property. Plaintiff has requested that the Court, at said hearing approve and confirm the proceedings of said Sheriff at said sale, and further order said Sheriff to execute a deed conveying the property to Plaintiff.
