Nye, a/k/a Mary Nye, Deceased You are hereby notified that on August 2, 2016 the Petitioner, Tammie K. Wilkins, whose address is 6115 North County Line Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR. The Petitioner has alleged that Mary Ella Nye, a/k/a May E. Nye, a/k/a Mary Nye, at the age of 84 years, died on January 16, 2016, domiciled in and residing in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and that the probable value of the decedents property in Oklahoma is $70,000.00. The Petitioner has alleged that the decedent died intestate and has asked that this Court distribute the decedents estate pursuant to the laws of intestate succession for the State of Oklahoma and other summary proceedings pursuant to OKLA. STAT. ANN. tit. 58, §245, et seq. In an ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR and the FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY. Pursuant to the ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE, all creditors having claims against Mary Ella Nye, a/k/a Mary E. Nye, a/k/a Mary Nye, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Tammie K.
