Case No. CJ-2015-959 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY OF CLEVELAND SS: TO: Dalana Hill aka Dalaina Marie Hill and Zachari Hill aka Zachari Ryan Hill, a married couple; and occupants of premises, if any. TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance, Inc., in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2015-959, and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before April 4, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition will taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered against you foreclosing your interest in the real estate, awarding to the Plaintiff a first Mortgage lien upon the following-described real estate situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF SECTION FIFTEEN (15), TOWNSHIP EIGHT (8) NORTH, RANGE ONE (1) EAST IN CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE/4 OF SAID SECTION 15, THENCE S0°11’20”E, 599.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 181.59 FEET; THENCE N0°10’31”W A DISTANCE OF 599.5 FEET; THENCE WEST 181.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. and 2013 CLAYTON MOBILE HOME VIN: CS2014489TN (the “Property”) foreclosing said mortgage lien and ordering the subject real property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered, and judgment in personam against the Defendant Dalana Hill aka Dalaina Marie Hill in the sum of $41,229.18, together with interest as of July 16, 2015 in the amount of $2,581.14 thereon and accruing thereafter at 12.06% until paid to the date of judgment; post-judgment interest thereafter at the contract rate, until paid; abstract expenses, late charges, advances for taxes and insurance, and all other expenses, fees, charges, advances, taxes, assessments, and costs of this action, including a reasonable attorney’s fee; all of which you will take due notice.
