On September 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., Petitioner will present to the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, before the Honorable Schumacher, its Amended Petition for Order Partially Vacating and Foreclosing Easement, which seeks to vacate a portion of an existing easement that is no longer being used in the NW/4 of Section 26, T10N, R3W of the Indian Meridian, City of Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and being a part of Lot 1 of SHOPS AT MOORE, an Addition to the City of Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. This notice is given so that the City of Moore, the Board of Commissioners of Cleveland County, Jim Reynolds in his official capacity as Cleveland County Treasurer, any holder of a franchise, others having a special right or privilege granted by ordinance or legislative enactment, and any property owners within three hundred (300) feet of the Easement may appear and oppose the petition by filing, at least five (5) days prior to the hearing date, a verified answer showing the grounds for protest.
