Walters and Clara C. Walters, husband and wife, are Plaintiffs, and Charles Max McGraw and Judith Elaine McGraw, formerly husband and wife, if living or if either of both be deceased the unknown successors of Charles Max McGraw and/or Judith Elaine McGraw deceased are Defendants, and the Plaintiffs alleges that Plaintiffs are the owners of the following described real property situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: All of Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5), CROSS TIMBERS ADDITION, SECTION 1 to Moore, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, also known as 1612 Turtle Lake Road, Moore, Oklahoma 73160 and you, the said Defendants, are further notified that unless you answer said Petition of the Plaintiffs filed against you on or before the 7 day of September 2016, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of Plaintiffs against said Defendants quieting title in Plaintiffs, and confirming Plaintiffs possession of the above described real property, and barring and enjoining said Defendants from asserting any right, title, or interest in and to the property above described.
