TASETANO, III, as PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE of the ESTATE OF RUTH ANN TASETANO, Deceased; and CAVALRY SPV I, LLC; You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2016-1736, styled “SAND PROPERTIES, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. JOHN R. TASETANO, JR., et al., Defendants”, alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to, and is in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3), of SANTA FE PLAZA, an Addition to the City of Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, a/k/a 1012 SW 13th St., Moore, OK. and acquired its interest thereto by COUNTY TREASURER’S RESALE DEED, recorded June 17, 2016, in Book 5560, Pages 1228, records of the County Clerk of Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Said Plaintiff’s Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property. You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 9th day of September, 2016, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, adjudging that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property and a decree quieting title on said real property will be entered in favor of Plaintiff.
