TASETANO, JR., et al., Defendants, alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to, and is in the actual, open, quiet and peaceful possession of the following described premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3), of SANTA FE PLAZA, an Addition to the City of Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, a/k/a 1012 SW 13th St., Moore, OK. and acquired its interest thereto by COUNTY TREASURERS RESALE DEED, recorded June 17, 2016, in Book 5560, Pages 1228, records of the County Clerk of Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Said Plaintiffs Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property, adverse to the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud on the title to the above-described real property; and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
