CJ-2016-251-TS NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE NOTICE is given that on the 3rd day of August, 2016, at 10:00 oclock a.m., at Cleveland County Courthouse, Cleveland County Commissioners Meeting Room, 201 South Jones, Suite 200, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, 73069, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale, and sell for cash, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate and appurtenances in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY. Lot Three (3), of HICKORY HILLS AIRPARK, an addition to Cleveland County, Oklahoma, a tract of land that is part of the SW/4 of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range One (1) East of the I.B.M., according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 13, at page 84, records of the Cleveland County Clerk. Persons or other entities having or claiming an interest in the property including those whose actual address is unknown and persons or other entities whose unknown successors are hereby notified are: THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF JOYCE ANN ROGERS, Deceased; The UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS of MICHAEL L. Said sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Special Execution issued upon a judgment entered on the 25th day of May, 2016, in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-2016-251-TS, wherein VICTOR E. COLLETT, et al., was Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF JOYCE ANN ROGERS, et al., were Defendants, to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $13,500.00, together with interest thereon in the sum of $10,524.45, as of December 31, 2015, and accruing thereafter at the rate of $4.44 per diem, to the date of judgment, post-judgment interest thereafter at the contract rate, until paid; abstract expenses, all other expenses, fees, charges, advances, taxes, assessments, and costs of this action, including a reasonable attorneys fee in the amount of $2,500.00, and costs accrued and accruing including costs of said sale.
