(Published in The Norman Transcript June 10, 17, 2016, 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN RE THE ESTATE OF MARY LEE SEMORE Deceased CASE NO. PB-2016-173 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS, OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION WAIVER OF GENERAL INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT, FINAL ACCOUNT, AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Mary Lee Semore, of Mary Lee Semore of Norman, Oklahoma, deceased on 04/08/2014, that on this date, Enos Lee Semore, of Enos Lee Semore of 1308 Brookhaven Norman, OK 73072 has filed a Petition in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, which alleges that the said deceased died intestate and praying for the issuances of Letters of Special Administration thereon to Enos Lee Semore, that the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of Mary Lee Semore, deceased, and that a General Inventory and Appraisement be waived by the Court, an the Court approve the final account and distribution of the assets of the estate, and discharge the special administrator. That names and addresses of the heirs are as follows: • Name: Enos Lee Semore Age: Adult Address: 1308 Brookhaven Blvd. Norman, OK 73072 • Name: May Janes Biles a/k/a Janie Biles Age: Adult Address: 1017 Hearthstone Norman, Oklahoma 73072 • Name: Scott J. Semore Age: Adult Address: 1025 Mobile Circle Norman, Oklahoma 73071 That the total value of the estate as set forth in the Petition is $6,454.20. That any person receiving notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. All creditors having claims against Mary Lee Semore, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Special Administrator at the address of the attorney below on or before the following presentment date: 9th day of July, 2016, or the same will be forever barred, unless the same is shown in the petition. The final hearing on this matter will take place on 25 day of July, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., of said day, before the undersigned judge at the District Courtroom in Norman, Cleveland County.
