HEALD, husband and wife; THE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION OF CANYON ESTATES; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLEVELAND COUNTY; COUNTY TREASURER OF CLEVELAND COUNTY, Notice is hereby given that in pursuant of a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, on the 26th day of May, 2016 in an action wherein Loudean Properties, Inc. was Plaintiff and Bobby Heald and Darla E. Heald were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of said County commanding him to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in said County, to-wit: See attached Exhibit “A”, to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against all Defendants, obtained and made in said Court on the 23rd day of May, 2016, on its cause of action wherein the Court found that there is due and owing under the note and mortgage herein sued upon the sum of $67,917.17, plus attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, interest and costs. Said Sheriff will, on the 20th day of July, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. of said day in the Cleveland County Office Building, Room 200, 201 S. Jones Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for 100% cash at time of sale, the said property described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment, said sale to be subject to real property ad valorem taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being in the sum of $68,000.
