HILLERY A/K/A PHYLLIS ELAINE if living, or if she is deceased, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assignees, if any and her spouse, JOHN DOE, if any; You and each of you are hereby notified that ROBBIE LYNN GERMAN, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PHYLLIS ELAINE HILLERY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 5, 2014 as Plaintiff has filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, her petition against LILLIAN L. HILLERY if living, or if she is deceased, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assignees, if any and her spouse, JOHN DOE, if any; and PHYLLIS E. HILLERY A/K/A PHYLLIS ELAINE if living, or if she is deceased, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assignees, if any and her spouse, JOHN DOE, if any. That the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession all of the foregoing if existing and if defunct or dissolved, their unknown successors, trustees, and assigns thereof described as: that defendants, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns, immediate and remote of them, may claim some right, title or interesting and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiff’s title; Plaintiff prays that the Plaintiff have judgment against the defendants, and each of them be required to show that right, title, interest, if any, that they now have in and to said real property adverse to the right, title, and interest of Plaintiff; that they be adjudged to have not right, title, or interest or estate therein, and that the title of the Plaintiff in and to said real property be quieted against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, assigns, immediate and remote, of Dora Ochoa, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns, her spouse John Doe, if any and from all the defendants, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from the setting up or asserting any right, title, or interest in said real property, Lot One (1), in Block Ten (10), of LINCOLN TERRACE ADDITION, To the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, According to the recorded plat thereof. And A part of Lot Eight (8), in Block Five (5), of LINCOLN TERRACE ADDITION, to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, According to the recorded plat thereof, more particularly described As follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot One (1), in Block Ten (10), of Lincoln Terrace Addition; thence West along the South line of said Lot Eight, in Block Five (5), a distance of 17 feet; Thence Northwesterly to the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1); in Block Ten (10); thence Southeasterly along the West line of said Lot One (1), in Block Ten (10), to the Point of Beginning. And A part of Lot Seven (7), in Block Eleven (11), of LINCOLN TERRANCE ADDITION, to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, According to the recorded plat thereof, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot Seven (7); thence North 89º07’ West along the North line of said Lot Seven (7), a distance of 81.89 feet To the point of beginning being the Southeast corner of Lot (1), in Block Ten (10), of Lincoln Terrance Addition, to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; thence South 0º53’ West a distance of 23.0 feet; thence North 73º13’32” West a distance of 84.00 feet; thence South 89º07” East along the North line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of 80.97 feet To the point of beginning. That said defendants, and each of them, must answer the petition filed by the plaintiff on or before the 29th day of July, 2016 or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing ROBBIE LYNN GERMAN, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PHYLLIS ELAINE HILLERY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 5, 2014 to be the owner of said real property and entitled the Plaintiff the possession thereof, and that the defendants have no right, title, or interest therein, and quieting the title of the Plaintiff against all adverse claims of said defendants.
