Sugg, a/k/a Buryl Sugg PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma in Case No. CJ-2016-678, by plaintiff Municipal Employees Credit Union of Oklahoma City, Inc. (ME/CU). ME/CUs amended petition was filed against you on May 24, 2016. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the unknown successors of Buryl L. Sugg a/k/a Buryl Sugg (Defendant), whose whereabouts are unknown. This suit was brought against the Defendant Buryl L. Sugg a/k/a Buryl Sugg because of his failure to make loan payments to ME/CU. The loan was secured by Real Property (Collateral) described as: Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Twelve (12), of Town of Noble, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Defendants failure to make payments in accordance with the terms of the loan resulted in an unpaid principal balance of $63,622.05, together with interest at the note rate of 4.75% per annum from and after May 24, 2016. Interest which continues to accrue thereon. Unless Defendant answers the petition on or before July 26, 2016, which date is not less than 41 days from the first publication, publication to be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, judgment will be taken in favor of ME/CU and for foreclosure of the Real Property and judgment in rem together with ME/CUs costs and attorneys fees incurred in connection with this matter.
