Nevius, now Huffman Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff Grace Trust u/t/a February 1, 2001, did on the 1st day of June 2016 file a Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale in this cause, said sale having been conducted on the 1st day of June 2016 as to the following described property: The surface only of Tract 34 Walnut Hills a/k/a Tract #34 of the recorded survey in Cleveland County in Book #711, Page #190, being the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 9 North, Range 1 East of the Indian Meridian, containing two (2) acres, more or less, subject to all easements of record (18260 311 Road, Norman, OK 73026-9581) that said Motion to Confirm is set for hearing on the 22 day of June 2016 at 1:30 o’clock p.m. in Courtroom No. 2N, in the County Courthouse in Norman, Oklahoma, at which time any interested party may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said sale should not be confirmed and a Sheriff’s Deed ordered to issue to the purchaser at said sale.
