Jones, Ste. 200, Norman, OK in NORMAN, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: PART OF THE EAST HALF (E/2) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) AND THE WEST HALF (W/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF SECTION TWO (2), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE ONE (1) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT S. 89º23’08”E., 1,650.00 FEET AND S. 0º13’40”E., 660.00 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE E/2 OF THE NW/4 OF SAID SECTION; THENCE S. 0º13’40”E., A DISTANCE OF 205.00 FEET; THENCE N 89º23’08”W., A DISTANCE OF 330.00 FEET; THENCE N. 0º13’40”W., A DISTANCE OF 205.00 FEET; THENCE S. 89º23’08”E., A DISTANCE OF 330.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING A/K/A TRACT 71 CLEAR CREEK ESTATES; subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been appraised at $37,000.
