(Published in The Norman Transcript June 8, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Spencer and Shannan Hinckley, the owners of the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 421.1 (3)(g) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance to the 65% maximum impervious coverage requirement. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Lot 2, Block 3, BROOKHAVEN ADDITION SECTION 37, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
