NOTICE is further given that said Petition prays: that LOVETA LUCILLE MARSHALL be appointed Personal Representative, without bond; that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined by the Court; and, that Letters Testamentary be issued to LOVETA LUCILLE MARSHALL.
