Knight dba C.J.’s Bail Bonds; Gemini Capital Group, LLC; Malissa Hall; Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns of Charles R. Shepherd, Deceased; Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns of Susan M. Shepherd, Deceased that on July 6th, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., 201 S. Jones, Suite 200 of the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to wit: PART OF THE WEST HALF (W/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE ONE (1) WEST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING 1311.2 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE EAST 660 FEET; THENCE NORTH 330.1 FEET; THENCE WEST 660 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 330.1 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 14600 S. Hiwassee Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73165 subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $55,000. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2015-676, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for MFRA Trust 2015-1 is Plaintiff and Charles R. Shepherd and Susan M.
