Broadway Moore, OK 73160 You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma Case No. CJ-2015-445, styled HIBU, Inc. v. Bruce Flowers & Gifts, Inc., et al including a Third Party Petition against Mike Keppinger, individually, and Mike Keppinger d/b/a Bruce Flowers & Gifts. The action alleges that Third Party Defendants Mike Keppinger, individually and d/b/a Bruce Flowers & Gifts, agreed to indemnify and hold Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff Kelle Williams harmless from any and all obligations of the Third Party Defendants. The Third Party Petition further alleges that Third Party Defendants have breached their duty owed to Kelle Williams, are responsible for the obligations for which the Plaintiff, HIBU, Inc. is seeking recovery, and that Kelle Williams has been damaged being named a party to a lawsuit traceable to actions of the Third Party Defendants. You are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Third Party Petition filed by the Third Party Plaintiff on or before July 9, 2016, or the allegations contained in said Third Party Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered in favor of Third Party Plaintiff, Kelle Williams for compensation for any judgment awarded by the District Court of Cleveland County against Defendant Kelle Williams in the underlying litigation, together with interest at the statutory rate and attorneys fees and costs.
