At that time, the Board of Adjustment will consider a request for a variance submitted by GLB Exploration, Inc. who requests a variance for relief from the requirements of the Town of Slaughterville Oil and Gas Ordinance 29, Section 11-202(C)6 for an oil well to be drilled closer than 660 feet from a plat of lots and blocks in an Agricultural/Residential District Low Density (AR-1) located in Planning Area C. The property is located in the NE/4 of the NE/4, Section 10-7N-1W; approximately 2/10 mile west of 108th Street on Banner Road on the south side in Slaughterville, Oklahoma.
