Jernagan; DALENE Jernagan; unknown spouse, if any, of DALENE Jernagan; unknown HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS of DALENE Jernagan; UNKNOWN TENANT, IF ANY, OF 1404 NE 4th STREET, MOORE, OKLAHOMA 73160, if living, and if deceased, their Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns. The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee for the Registered Holders of the Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Passthrough Certificates, Series 2007-F1, filed its Amended Petition in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Amended Petition on or before the 11th day of July, 2016, or said Amended Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit: LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWO (2) MASHBURNS GOLD MEDAL, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOORE, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
