(Published in The Norman Transcript May 26, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARTHA ANN KUWITZKY GRAVES, Deceased. Case No. PB-2016-49 NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND WAIVER OF GENERAL INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of MARTHA ANN KUWITZKY GRAVES, deceased, that CHRISTOPHER C. KUWITZKY, produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Cleveland, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of MARTHA ANN KUWITZKY GRAVES, deceased, and also filed in said Court an Amended Petition praying for the probate of said Will and for the issuance of Letters Testamentary thereon to CHRISTOPHER C. KUWITZKY, the Personal Representative named in said Will, that the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of MARTHA ANN KUWITZKY GRAVES, deceased, and that a General Inventory and Appraisement be waived by the Court. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, Notice is hereby given that the 6th day of June, 2016, at the hour of 8:30 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Amended Petition and proving said Will, at the District Courtroom of Stephen W. Bonner, Cleveland County Courthouse, in Norman, in Cleveland County, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
