Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). Bids under $50,000.00 do not require bid security and can be accepted via email. 4. Bidders shall submit proposals on the Bid Form provided in Project Manual. 5. Bidders proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. 6.
