(Published in The Norman Transcript May 14, 21, 2016, 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: DONALD WAYNE DUMLER, Deceased. Case No. PB-2016-145 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Donald Wayne Dumler, Deceased You are hereby notified that on the 11th day of May, 2016, the Petitioner, Philip W. Redwine, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County a Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate. The Petitioner has alleged that Donald Wayne Dumler, age 77, died on the 20th day of March, 2016, domiciled in and residing in Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, and that the total value of the decedents probate property in Oklahoma is less than One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00). Attached to the Petition is an instrument purporting to be the original of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate and other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the final accounting and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Donald Wayne Dumler, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, at the offices of Redwine & Cubberley, 400 South Crawford, Norman, OK 73069, on or before the 13th day of June, 2016, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 11th day of July, 2016, at 8:30 oclock a.m. at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 South Peters Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma, before Judge Stephen W. Bonner. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to probate and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees, and distribution of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees, and distribution will be filed herein on or before the 18th day of June, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees, and distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioners attorney, Philip W. Redwine, of the Law Offices of Redwine & Cubberley, 400 South Crawford, Norman, OK 73069, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
