(Published in The Norman Transcript February 10, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Diamond Homes, Inc., the owners of the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 421.1 (3) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance of approximately 2 to the 5 side yard (east) setback for the northeast corner of an existing structure located at 624 Summit Crest Lane.
