(Published in The Norman Transcript May 20, 2016, 1t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS County Bid #EB-1753 Notice is hereby given that Cleveland County will accept bids on the following: One-Year (1) Non-Encumbered Contract for Voting Equipment delivery Service for Ballot Boxes, Voting Booths any other additional equipment for the Cleveland County Election Board. The bid terms will be from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 with option to renew one (1) additional year. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the Bid Requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, OK, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, May 27, 2016 and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 31, 2016, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, Norman, OK.
