(Published in The Norman Transcript May 19, 2016, 1t) REQUEST FOR VACATION OF A PLATTED BUILDING LINE NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed vacation of a platted building line will be considered at a Public Hearing at the Planning Commission meeting on the 9th day of June, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Norman Municipal Building, 201 West Gray Street, Norman, Oklahoma. At that meeting, any and all persons may appear and protest or support the passage of said Ordinance. Any protest must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk prior to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016, in order to be reported to the Planning Commission. Any protests received after that deadline will be reported to the City Council. Please be advised that e-mail transmissions cannot be considered as legal protest or support. The platted building line is on property more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lots Eighty (80), Eighty-one (81) and a strip of land 10 feet wide off of the South side of Lot Eighty-two (82), in Block Four (4), of THE STATE UNIVERSITY ADDITION, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND The North 15 feet of Lot Eighty-two (82) and All of Lots Eighty-three (83) and Eighty-four (84), in Block Four (4), of THE STATE UNIVERSITY ADDITION, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. Said proposed vacation of the platted building line will be brought up for hearing and final passage at a City Council meeting subsequent to the Planning Commission action and may be continued from time to time.
