(Published in The Norman Transcript February 10, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Collision Works of Norman, the owners of the hereinafter described property, have applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 431.4 (a) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A variance to the 80% masonry requirement for the north and east facades of the building proposed for property zoned C-2, General Commercial District. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Lot C, Block 1, WOODSLAWN INDUSTRIAL TRACT to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
