(Published in The Norman Transcript February 10, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Chris Lohne, the owner of the hereinafter described property, has applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 420.2 (4)(b) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A variance of approximately 6 to the north and south 25 side yard setbacks to allow construction of a garage/gymnasium for property currently zoned A-2, Rural Agricultural District.
