(Published in The Norman Transcript February 10, 2016, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Chris Lohne, the owner of the hereinafter described property, has applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 420.2 (4)(b) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A variance of approximately 6’ to the north and south 25’ side yard setbacks to allow construction of a garage/gymnasium for property currently zoned A-2, Rural Agricultural District. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Part of the South Half (S/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/2) of Section One (1), Township Eight (8) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at a point 330 feet South of the Northwest Corner of said South Half (S/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4); Thence East 450 feet; Thence South 99 feet; Thence West 450 feet; Thence North 99 feet to the point of beginning. Notice is hereby given that said Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing and render its decision on said Variance on the 24th day of February, 2016, at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room D of the Norman Municipal Building at 201-A West Gray Street, Norman, Oklahoma, at which time and place any and all persons may appear and protest or support said request. Any such protest must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk three days before the day of said Board of Adjustment hearing. WITNESS my hand this 10th day of February, 2016.
