(Published in The Norman Transcript May 13, 20, 2016, 2t) NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE CJ-2015-1480 Notice is given that on the 15th day of June, 2016, at 10:00 AM, Cleveland County Office Building, 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, in the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Units 1648 and 1652 of HIGH MEADOWS CONDOMINIUMS, a Unit Ownership Estate, together with an undivided ownership in the Common and Limited Common Elements thereto, pursuant to the Declarations filed on the 9th day of November, 2007, in Book 4422, Page 1001, in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block One (1), of AMENDED FINAL PLAT OF HIGH MEADOWS ADDITION SECTION 8, to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $92,000. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2015-1480, entitled PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. Ronald P.
