Dimery; Kathryn Crookshanks, Dorothy Stewart, and Mary Stewart, if living, and if dead, the Unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns of such decedents. NOTICE is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Velmer J. Dimery, did on the 4th day of May, 2016, file a Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale in this cause, said sale having been conducted on the 4th day of May, 2016, as to the following described property to wit: SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY: The North Half (N/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Seven (7) North, Range One (1) East of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, less and except the oil, gas, and other mineral rights therein and thereunder. Said Motion to Confirm Sale is set for hearing on the 26th day of May, 2016, at 1:30 P.M., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, Courtroom 4A, before Judge Walkley, at which time any interested person can show cause, if any, why said sale should not be confirmed and a Sheriff’s Deed be ordered to issue to the purchaser at said sale, Velmer J. Dimery, Plaintiff and owner of a prior undivided 11/16 interest in the subject property pursuant to the Journal Entry of Judgment filed of record against said property on January 7th, 2016 (and on file herein) and owner of another undivided 1/16 interest pursuant to a Quit Claim Deed filed of record against said property from Marsha Gail Blair and spouse on January 28th, 2016; thus making Plaintiff the owner of a total undivided 12/16 interest in the subject property; all prior to said sheriff’s sale. s/ Carlton W.
